This month’s Studio News has a few housekeeping notices.

Parent/student portal update

This past spring our studio management system received an update, and the parent/student portal was redesigned to make it easier to use with a smartphone or tablet. This update may result in your login email not being recognized. If this happens, please contact us and we will send a new login message.

The update also includes new security features, and at this time adding or updating a stored credit card can only be done by students or parents.

Text messages

We can now be contacted by text messages as well as email or phone. This is sensitive information that is available to students and parents by logging in.
